Wear It All Challenge: The Socialite

I loved the collection this dress came from. It had a very distinct street style socialite vibe to it, perfectly balancing casual and formal pieces with this dress being the most extravagant item. It's based on a Katie Ermilio's dress that Olivia Palermo wore last year at the New Yorkers For Children charity Annual Spring Dinner Dance back in 2013. It's quite an impractical but such a lovely piece! Stardoll's designers had managed to emulate the silky texture perfectly and to my great joy, they have decided to remove the black bows decorating the shoulders of the original.

I really liked the way the purple of the shoes contrasts the yellow dress but for my own outfit I decided on black and white accessories. I just love the way the monochrome details pop against the bright yellow. I kept the Zara inspired belt because it looks amazing with the dress (and because I couldn't find a b&w one to match the dress' waistline) and I finished the look with a chain-like necklace at the collar.

OOTD: Immortal Beloved

This look came together so easily I just can't believe it. It was as if all the separate pieces were meant to be combined together. Even my doll's hair fits the concept perfectly and this background finishes everything off flawlessly. It's been a while since I've put together a gown, even as simple as this one, and I had forgotten how much fun it was! The white dress and the fair hair give me a really strong Ophelia vibe (all that's missing are the flowers from her hair but it would've been too much) but that cleavage reminds of a dress Cersei wore in A Storm of Swords (white, low-cut, wide sleeves with emeralds decorating the bodice and the sleeves). Anyway, it's not directly inspired by neither of them nor any other particular heroine.

Haul: Callie’s Picks - Immortal Kiss

Remember how in my last Callie’s Picks post I complained how I already owned most of the items in the release? Well, this time it's the other way around. Even though that I've been registered on Stardoll for seven years now there was a long period ( around two years) during which I was relatively absent and I missed a lot of interesting things. One of them was the Mortal Kiss store and boy, did I regret that one. I remember logging in and purchasing a few things. After I came back I browsed thorough the bazaar but I was reluctant to pay hundred of Stardollars for the things I missed out but every once in a while I would sprung for a stunning item like the Golden Skirt or the Sheer Maxi Skirt. So for me this issue of Callie’s Picks was more than a pleasant surprise even in spite the lack of the boyfriend clothes.

As you can guess from the written above, I went so overboard  in my attempt to catch up. I'm honest to God surprised that I didn't bought out the entire store (and so grateful that I didn't given that we got a new LE yesterday!). I fully realise how impractical most of these things are and I must admit that the transparency and the shiny textures are a bit too much for me but was just so happy to finally be able to have my pick from Mortal Kiss that I didn't gave that much thought. Just think of this haul as my indulgence to the 16-year-old in me and as such I'm gonna try to keep the descriptions shorts.

1. Sheer Crop Patches Blouse - 12SD
I can't pin point why I like this blouse so much. I just feel it will be way more practical than it seems at first sight. The transparency actually works to it's advantage as it will be easily paired with different colour schemes and the patchy details are a very fun, casual touch. I can't wait to style it.
2. Black Draped Skirt - 10SD
I like draped clothes - both on Stardoll and in real life and the colour of this one is so magically unusual - it's grey and plum and eggplant - I love it and I think it would look great both with dark and light schemes! The only think that bothers me is the see-trough part - it could be either a hit or a miss.
3. Cavalli Inspired Maxi - 22SD
I've said it a hundred times before - I love maxi skirts and dresses! They may not me as versatile but they are so much more fun to style. And I already have an awesome outfit with this one lined up to prove that to you.
4. Serpent And Orb Purse - 9SD at Callie's Picks, bought for 5SC from Mortal Kiss
This is one I got, miraculously, when the store was in the Plaza. And how could I not? Just look at how awesome it is. 'Nuff said!
5. Ruffled Lilac Dress - 16SD at Callie's Picks, bought for 56SD at the Bazaar
Very girly, very adorable and a bit retro (may be it's just me but I sense a flapper vibe). It may not be versatile but it sure as hell is memorable!
6. Valli Inspired Top - 14SD
Just by looking at my haul I think this is my wisest purchase. It's a classic piece - very simple and  elegant. Additionally, it's one of the few clothes in which the transparent motive actually works to its advantage.
7. Black Bra - 5SD
I have no idea what's whit me and bras - I just adore them and want more and more even though  they are rarely visible. I know it's irrational but I can't help myself.
8. Shiny Smoke Jeans - 9SD
I have mixed feelings about these. On the one hand, the texture is interesting, the colour is interesting and I think they have some potential. On the other: the design is a bit outdated and I would've preferred them on the grey/silver side rather than the blueish but still I believe I can work with them and put together a few interesting outfits.
9. Jimmy Missing Wedge Shoes - 9SD
These are so practical and contemporary I just couldn't pass them up. I can imagine how cool they will look in monochrome outfits. Pure awesomeness!
10. Veil of Darkness Hat - 7SD Callie's Picks, bought for 6SC from Mortal Kiss
As a headpiece this rarely can be styled in way different from an mourning widow look (mind you, I've seen quite interesting interpretations of that one!) or, at best, a darker historical look. BUT when layered with other black skirts the veils have great potential.
11. Mercy Top - 7SD Callie's Picks, got it for free from The Vote
I was so happy when I got this from the vote I actually screamed out loud - it's lovely and classical but I can see it in a more contemporary look as easily as it would fit in a vintage/period one.
12. Golden Skirt - 12SD at Callie's Picks, bought for 160SD at the Bazaar
Do I regret paying so much for it? Yes, sure I do! Do I think it's worth it? Of course it does - this skirt is so stunning I can't put it to use. The colour is gorgeous, the design is so elegant and the quality is top notch - the texture, the drape, the lace lining - all perfect. It's lustrous and rich and damn difficult to style, by the way! So, I'd advise you to give it a careful thought because an outfit with it could be a hit or miss.
13. Mercy Sparkle Draped Top - 18SD
It sparkles! Honest to God, that's the only reason I got it was that girly voice inside my head. Given that I hate the Glitter Skirt that goes with it, I only have a couple of ideas four outfits.
14. Moon Denim Skirt - 14SD
This skirt is so not worth the 14 Stardollars I paid for it but I like denim clothes with a twist and I love the idea behind this particular one. It tells a story and it's too unique to pass it by.
15. Versus Inspired Pleather Jacket - 18SD
Yes, it's a bit too shiny and the model is a bit weird but the colour is so trendy right now I just couldn't pass it up.
16. Charcoal Obi Bow Belt - 78SC
Interesting StarCoin piece, which I would've liked way better if it was in a solid colour, still for coins - it's a steal.
17. Mercy Skirt - 16SD Callie's Picks, bought for 12SD from Mortal Kiss
This was the last of the few items I bought while the store was still in Plaza. That was back in my Gothic phase and the draped slit skirt just spoke to me. Unfortunately I've only used it a couple of times and currently it's too transparent for my taste. I'm sure I can put it to use, I'm just not sure what yet!

OOTD: Printed

I really wanted to showcase that bag - I'm so happy I decided to get it! It works so well with this lovely simple, yet stunning printed dress and I wanted to keep the focus on the print so I just added plain black heels and called it a day.

Haul: JetSet

Long after the Royalty exclusive store we got another one for superstars as well. The prices range between 9 - 38SD with two Starcoin accessories and more than a few intriguing décor pieces. The clothes themselves are rather well made with interesting designs and the store presentation reminds me of a high-end boutique. However, I do not feel any consistency in the style or between the items, which to me is a pity.

That being said there were a lot of amazing designs with awesome graphics and I bought quite a lot (and I'm still considering whether or not to purchase the Emilio Pucci inspired Embellished Booties) and with the exception of the Nightime Gown they are all extremely practical and I'm incredibly happy with all of them. They are all very casual yet stylish and I get an overall Street Style vibe out of picture bellow.

1. Golden Choker - 79SC
This is the only really good StarCoin item in the store (aside from the white hanger, but this is a clothing haul). I really love it when Stardoll gives good statement pieces for affordable prices, even if they are jewellery.
2. Nightime Gown - 34SD
This Lavin inspired piece is my only really impractical purchase but I just adore gowns and this particular one is so lovely I couldn't help myself. I'm not sure if I can pull off a street style outfit with it but it would be interesting to try it out. And even if it doesn't work out it still makes a great piece on it's own.
3. White Dress - 22SD
I love shirt-dresses and a white one is a classic. Yes, I'm not crazy about the bow detail and it won't be easy to hide but everything else about it is so perfect! It would look great on its own, with leggings or paired with pants. I even think I could make it work with a skirt or at least with some lace peaking from underneath it.
4. Love Pochette - 12SD
This is a lovely accessory which really can make even the plainest of outfits pop, and this is an achievement for an black and white piece.
5. Styled Leather Jacket - 38SD
I've said that I like clothes worn in unusual way and recently Stardoll had released a lot of these, especially when it comes to outerwear. This jacket would've been quite interesting even if it wasn't worn over shoulders - it has a beautiful collar and the silver studs really do make it unique. I'm sure I'll get fairly good use out of it.
6. Tartan Maxi Dress - 26SD
Yet another lovely shirt-dress: the length is perfect, the tartan print is lovely and to top all that up - the rolled sleeves and the side slit add an unique touch to it. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the transparency - it's interesting and it's part of what makes the dress awesome but to me it looks weird and I hope I'll be able to work around it.
7. Denim Street Shirt - 18SD
I love denim shirts - they look great matched with denim, leather or softer fabrics and, if styled right, they look awesome. This particular one is amazing - the colour is bright and vibrant, the deep cleavage is sexy, the rolled sleeves and the pocket are causal and fun. Additionally, the graphics are perfectly well made and the shading is flawless.
8. Rock n Roll Skirt - 22SD
This Roberto Cavalli inspired piece is so interesting and unique it's hard to pass, not to mention it is made rather well - Stardoll has always been good at making shiny leather, but I do wish it had a little bit more texture. Nonetheless, the design itself is too amazing to pass up.
9. Overknee Boots - 11SD
I love over-knee high heel boots in real life but Stardoll has the unfortunate habit to make them a tad too sluty for my taste. This pair is the lovely exception I've been dreaming for ages - they actually look like something I'd wear in real life - simple, yet elegant.
10. Red Patent Leather Handbag - 14SD
I think I've complained how few good red bags there are on Stardoll and this is another great exception. Inspired by Jimmy Choo, executed perfectly, beautiful bright colour and interesting position of the strap. It's really worth it!
11. College Dress - 24SD
I can't get over how awesome the simplicity of this dress is! The black lining, the collar and the skirt are sheer perfection. However the top part seems a bit flat and the golden detail on the belt is rather unflattering but these flaws are too small to ruin it.
12. White Fall Sweater - 18SD
This is designed way better than the exact same piece that was attached to the HotBuys Posed Look. Add to the casually rolled sleeves and you get a must have fall piece.
13. Rock n Roll Bag - 12SD
At first I wasn't sure about this one because of its bulky shape but the gold details are rather interesting but what convinced me to buy it was the way it fits in my doll's hand - so laid back!
14. Military Coat - 38SD
I honestly don't think I would've bough this had I not received it for free - the design is quite interesting and the colours are bright and lovely but it's not versatile enough to be worth 38SD. Still, I'm really happy that I got it and I think I'll use it, especially as winter is coming so it's definitely one of the pest free items I've ever received.

Wear It All Challenge: Sunshine On Chrome

It's been a while since I've done a "Wear It All"  post and I thought it was about time for me to get back on track. As I've said before - it was incredibly hard to find good pictures of the first AmyClaire collection but I managed to dug up this awesome photo in hope to make up for the lack of full sized pic. Another thing I've said before (here) is how much I like the silhouette of this dress - the drapes of the fabric look so natural. Additionally, the colour is absolutely gorgeous - so bright and fresh.

I had this look on my mind ever since I bought this lovely jacket - its length matches the dress' waist so well and that bluish grey goes perfectly with the sunny dress. The blue strap heels peeking underneath the dress match the jacket rather well and the girly flower purse balances the edgier feeling of the jacket. I finished off with silver jewellery.

Haul: Callie’s Picks - The Art Of Contrast

Last week we got our 26th edition of Callie's Picks a day late - on Thursday. Every time when we're about to receive a new collection a get supper exited and hopeful only to be disappointed with the release itself. Not that it's a bad one. mind you, but there was hardly anything in it that I wanted and didn't already had. However, I'll get to that later. This time the theme was "The Art of Contrast" and the collection was build around the lovely premise of black and white with a pieces from Chanel Tribute and Windows of the World items. The prices ranged from 5 - 40 SD with three items in StarCoins and noting exclusive for SuperStars. Additionally we got a few male pieces and a decor item. Finally, I must say that the store is laid out unusually well for the brand.

As I said above, even though I like the theme, the layout and most of the items, I was disappointed with the release because I already owned most of the things I wanted. I ended up purchasing only four items - two pairs of shoes, the White Showpiece Beret and the dog. I'm still considering Whether or not to buy the Iman Black Top. Just like last time, we're gonna take a look at everything from the collection that I have and I'm going to share my opinions on the pieces:

1. Leo Vest - Callie’s Picks price - 9SD, originally from Fallen Angel for 78SC
I rarely buy male clothing I don't think I would've spend 9 SD for this vest. But a while back it was a pretty decent StarCoin item with simple design, basic colour and an aye-catching detail. Back in these days, it was a steal!
2. Black Hat - Callie’s Picks price - 6SD, originally from Alice + Olivia Tribute, bought from StarBazzar for 18SD
Fedora! A black one, that fits a bit better on my doll than most others. When I found it for 18SD (three times its current price) I was trilled. I find the name a bit funny, given that it's obviously dark blue but it's still awesome. No regrets!
3. Fishnet Dress - Callie’s Picks price - 16SD, originally from Archive for 4SD
I was hesitant to buy this while it was on sale years ago but I find it interesting enough to do so. I don't think I would've paid 16SD for it but I can see how a few very originals takes on it.
4. CC Leather Chain Tights - Callie’s Picks price - 24SD, originally from Chanel Tribute for 22SD
I got these when they were originally released because I loved (and still do) the idea of wearing them as boots - I just put a pair of tight overknee HB boots I own - a match made in Haven if there ever was one. I'm not particularly fond of them worn as tights and they are less than versatile but I still think they are worth it.
5. Vulcan Shoes - Callie’s Picks price - 7SD
These are one of the few items I actually bought from the collection. They are nothing spacial but recently I found myself really into wedge shoes in RL and I just couldn't pass them. Plus, I do appreciate the sparkling detail!
6. Classic Black Handbag - Callie’s Picks price - 7SD, originally from Decades for 53SC
I know for sure you'll get your money's worth of this - I've used it a ton of times and I find it incredibly easy to fit in an outfit. It's simple, elegant and, as its name suggests - classic item you just can't g wrong with. Back when it was in StarPlaza it was undoubtedly one of my must haves not only for its versatility but also due to it's negligible price in StarCoins.
7. Black Wrap Blazer Dress - Callie’s Picks price - 22SD, originally from Windows of the World for 13SD
For almost double its original price, I still believe this blazer is the best piece of clothing in the collection. It fits perfectly, it can be used both as a blazer and on its own as a dress and it's classy beyond words! Had I not had it already I would've bought it in a heartbeat!
8. Black Folds Belt - Callie’s Picks price - 69SC, originally from Windows of the World for 3SD
Even tough I already owned the original, I purcahed this one again - it's in StarCoins, it's interesting and unusual and it could be used in a variety of different ways with just a little imagination.
9. White Showpiece Beret - Callie’s Picks price - 5SD
I so wish they had released the black version of this as well (or even instead)! I just find it more versatile and I like the Black Widow quality it has. But what can I do? So I slowed my regret up and purcahed the white one.
10. White BillieJ Shoes - Callie’s Picks price - 9SD, originally from Denim & Supply - Ralph Lauren for 9SD
Basic white shoes are more rare on Stardoll than you might think and they can be quite useful. Additionally, these were one of the best currently in the StarPlaza so you might want to consider them.
11. CC Hearts Tee - Callie’s Picks price - 34SD, originally from Chanel Tribute for 32SD
Now, I'm not a huge fan of clothes that have a brand time on them but the two tops that were released in the last Chanel Tribute (the other one worn here) that I could not resist them. The tees are just so well made! The fabric looks incredibly soft and relaxed which makes them both very casual while the high-end brand adds a classier (or ironic, depending on how you style them) touch.
12. White Two Prong Belt - Callie’s Picks price - 57SC, originally from Windows of the World for 15SC
A perfectly nice, versatile accessory with an interesting detail. And it is for StarCoins. Need I say more?
13. Scandinavian Grey Shorts - Callie’s Picks price - 9SD, originally from Windows of the World for 9SD
Now, these I wouldn't recommend - the design itself is a bit flat and that zipper makes them downright ugly.  The only reason I actually bought them back in the day was that they went together with a really awesome jacket and, as I've said before - I hate separating sets. That being said, these collect virtual dust in my storage while the jacket has an honoured place in my doll's closet.
14. Safety Strap Boots - Callie’s Picks price - 9SD, originally from Tingeling for 7SD
These are too cool not buy! The buckles make them so uniquely interesting that it's impossible to resist them. And the best part - they can be layered under other  ankle boots so you can add the same effect to numerous pairs. Isn't this a deal?
15. Basque Sleeveless Top - Callie’s Picks price - 14SD, originally from Windows of the World for 12SD
I think this top is a bit overpriced for it's quality but it's such a classical piece which translates very well from formal to casual. That being said, currently in StarPlaza there are a few other alternatives that deserve your attention.
16. Stunning Falls Scarf - Callie’s Picks price - 7SD, originally from Tingeling for 2SD
This is yet another lovely piece. Its beauty lies in its simplicity, which also makes it as versatile as you can imagine it to be. The design itself adds movement and realism to any look and that is something to be appreciated.
17. Classic Chain Strap Purse - Callie’s Picks price - 40SD, originally from Chanel Tribute for 40SD
Surprisingly the most expensive item of the collection is an accessory. Even more surprisingly it's price is exactly the same as it was when it was realised in the first ever Tribute store on Stardoll back in 2010. I've had it since then and I've used it quite often. I like how large it is and its neural colour. The design is not flawless, especially the strap could've used a little more work but as a whole I like it. The main question is: Is it work 40 StarDollars? To me, back in the day, it was. I've used it a ton of times and I will in the future. Still, since 2010 we've had a bunch of great alternatives, including numerous other Chanel inspired purses for way more reasonable prices. Plus, now there are are way more place were you might want to spend your money. Still, I don't think I've ever seen it in the Bazaar and if you want it, now may be your best chance. In the end, it's up to you decide.
18. Black White Heels - Callie’s Picks price - 6SD
I actually bought those a bit after my initial purchases. For some reason I had overlooked them at first but after I noticed them I found that every time I look at them, I like them a little bit more. The  mixed prints are gorgeous, the laces are interestingly loose and the heel is not too high. I think they would look amazing with monochrome outfits and I can't wait to style them.
19. Black And White Dog - Callie’s Picks price - 8SD
Look at how cute he is! I so don't need yet another dog but I was so disappointed from the fact that I had most of the items in the collection that I had to console myself with this adorableness.

Haul: Pretty n' Love

OK, I know that I still have to cover the Antidote release but it's been so long since it came out I'm no longer sure it's worth finishing it. I started my classes two weeks ago and I've been so busy I hardly had any spare time for Stardoll, put looks together or hang out on Blogger. However, time doesn't stop for me and I have a lot of things to cover so I decided to work backwards and start with the most recent one.
So, this Saturday we got a new Pretty n' Love collection the first thing that caught my attention is the fact that Stardoll seems to have changes its release schedule. My guess is that they did this because the weekday release of limited collection was problematic for most of the users, who are usually busy with school or work during that time. I know that has nothing to do with the collection itself, but I believe it was worth mentioning.
The release itself is fairly decent with prices ranging from 5SD to 25SD, two Starcoin items and a single Superstar exclusive piece. The overall style is pretty consistent with the store's girly trademark with beautiful colours, interesting prints, distinct textures and feminine shapes. The real life inspiration comes mainly from Valentio.

I must admit that out of all recent releases this one is my absolute favourite, still - it is not without its flaws: the Cupcake Form Dress is adorable and I'm in love with its pleated skirt but I do not like the way the red details look on the pale pink; the Valentino Inspired Dress is interesting but there is something about that purple colour I can't get over; the shape, colour and length of the Azure Full Skirt are all stunning but that pink belt ruins it for me; the idea behind the Versace inspired Regiment Coat is awesome but it could've used a little bit more work and the same goes for the Satin Duffel Clutch. Anyway, I still like all of the items mentioned above and I adore the Velveteen Dress - it has a lovely mix of velvet and lace, the colours is gorgeous and the design is very doll-like. However, I preferred the more versatile pieces of the collection. Let's take a closer look at the items I actually bought:

1. Deep Pink Coat - 25SD
The single Superstar item in the collection is on the pricey side and I must admit that I'm not sure if it's worth it. Not because it's not amazing but because it's a statement piece (the same price for a black/white/grey coat and I wouldn't be saying that) and it should be considered as such - the bright colour, the printed collar and the gold buttons are all stunning. I really like the berry/maroon combined with the dark blue (a combo that dominates the collection and is present in four out of the nine items I got) and I think it would look really well on simpler coloured outfits.
2. Tulip Vine Jeans - 15SD
I was on the fence for both the jeans and the sweatshirt mainly because I'm not sure how much wear I could get out of either of them but the colours are so pretty and the placement of the print is perfect! Simple as that.
3. Rosette Choker - 5SD
This was an absolutely unnecessary purchase that I don't think I could ever use in a Street Style look but it would work great in a historical outfit and with Halloween right around the corner I couldn't pass it.
4. Peachy Cardi - 16SD
This is my favourite piece of the collection - not only do I find the colour adorable but I love it when Stardoll adds realistic touches to the pieces they are releasing and both the rolled sleeves and the hand in the pocket fall in that category. The reasonable price is an added bonus.
5. Heart Crop Top - 11SD
I can't get over how much I love this colour! Aside from that, this top is utterly impractical mainly because it's cropped too high for my taste and I will have to find a way to work around that but I desperately want to make it work.
6. Ombre Jeans - 14SD
It just occurred to me as I'm writhing this that these actually could turn out to be more impractical than the Tulip Vine ones as the pastels may not work that well with darker shades. However, I may be wrong, additionally I'm sure they could look amazing with grey and even tough it's a bit on the nose the combination with the Peachy Cardi is not bad at all.
7. Peachy Platform Boots - 15SD
My second favourite item of the collection, inspired by Jeffrey Campbell's Litas in adorable baby pink. I can't help but love them. Yes, they are a tad expensive but I know I will get a huge use out of them.
8. Tulip Vine Sweatshirt - 13SD
As I said, I was a bit unsure about that but the more I look at it, the more I like it. The quilted front is a nice touch that makes it even more awesome than the jeans. However, I do have a complaint about the graphic - if you look at it up close you'll notice that the print is also supposed to be quilted but the execution falls a bit short of the idea. Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to styling it.
9. Linen Shawl - 10SD
This is another one of those items I like for their realistic design. Additionally, the colour combination (as stated above) is flawless and it's perfectly well made. The only thing that worries me about it is the fact that it could look a little bit too bulky around the neck and shoulders. I'll have to see how I'll work  with that.

OOTD: Antidote

A very quick outfit I put together with the new Antidote. I think this dress is unbelievably tacky on its own but used as a skirt it's awesome. The same goes for the better part of the collection, but more on that in the Haul post that's coming up.

Olivia Styled Shirt - Young Hollywood
 Buckle Up Dress - Antidote

Accessories:
RudeGirl Bracelet - St. Trininan's
Giulia Clutch - LE
Mascotte Black Heels- PPQ

Haul: Nelly Part 2

Last week we received an additional floor of Neely and it was even more disappointing than the previous ones. The graphics are terrible once again but this time the designs are uninspired as well. Pink leather jacket, again - really, Stardoll? The wholes on the white Destroyed Pants are ridiculous, the shoes are disappointing and who the hell still wears cropped lace leggings? On the plus side, this time they remembered the boys and gave them an outfit with pretty cool statement T-shirt. Anyway, after my insane shopping spree (here) in the first release, I was almost glad I like so few items in this one.

I only bought four items but I must admit I do have the Long Sleeves Wrap Dress on my wishlist - it's like the Basic Black Fitted Dress with a twist (literately). The Bhd Beanie is also pretty cool and I might consider buying it in the future but for now, I really don't feel it fitting into my style. The Must Sara Dress and the Fringe Vest could be used in a multiple of interesting ways but they are just too expensive for their quality. The Color Block Fedora is way more practical and well fitted than the one released the previous week but the red part ruins it for me.

1. Bodycon dress - 18SD
I love this dress! The transparent details make it interesting and sexy yet the silhouette is elegant and simple. I only wish this was a skirt and top - that would've made it so much more versatile!
2. Siri Bag - 15SD
This purse is so fun! The colourful stones work very well with the gold buckle and chain, it fits very well on my doll's body and with a little imagination it can be worn in hand. I can't find a single flaw.
3. Couture Tank - 18SD
I'm still a bit unsure about this one - it costs as much as the dress but it's not remotely that good. The shape is quite odd, especially at the waist, still it can be covered with a jacket. Bottom line is that I love the statement and I think it will look awesome in an ironic context.
4. High Heel Platform Boot - 13SD
I know I said that the shoes in this collection are disappointing, but these are an exception. They remind of the Karl Black Boots from Strike a Pose  but I like these even better because they have a little bit more of a feminine feel to them.

OOTD: The Princess Skirt

Lately I found myself into more simple looks and I really love this one. The Young Hollywood skirt is gorgeous as it is but I prefer it a tad shorter - that way it looks more wearable in realistic environment. The casual tee adds to the street stile vibe but the Chanel logo and the formal accessories highlight the hints of couture.
